In most fields of modern services industry it often requires combinations of numbers of individual services to achieve business objectives. Common Services Integrate System is the production of the 'Research on Modern Service Industry Common Service Integrate Technology' project which is a sub-project of 11th Five-year National Key Technology R&D Program 'Modern Service Industry Common Technologies Supporting System and Application Example Projects'. The objective is to provide a services integrate and execution environment along with an operating and support system.AAA is critical for commercial network operating systems. Authentication, Authorization, Accounting and a set of process of management and inspection is a must for users' using various types of network resources. The requirements of operating ability for integration on common services call for an special AAA system for common service provider, business application provider and integrate system operator. The AAA work profile in the common services access and integration process is analyzed and studied first as well as traditional AAA technology and features of existing AAA products. It comes to a set of general demands on AAA system. Then special problems in common service integration system are explored including the diverse billing strategies, ways of service integration, the consistency of user information of common service systems, especially the accounting transaction demand for combined services. The whole system is divided into five subsystems. They are application provider management system, common service provider management system, operator management system, core system and security token service system. A Unified message object designation is given considering the Scalabilityfor new AAA messages and applications. The WS-Security is studied for the system message security and the WS-ReliableMessaging is used for the message reliable transport. The work flow of customization for account regulation of multiple business accounting is designed and implemented. A solution based on XML schema is proposed to deal with the consistence problem of user information of common service. In the chapter of core subsystem the flow of inspection on service component and Web integration is described. The combined service accounting transaction problem is researched separately. An improved model based on Sagas transition model is studied to give a solution to long-time transaction requirements of combined service accounting. The redefinition on atomic and consistence features for classic transaction is a base for this new model. The requirements due to QoS in the services operating and accounting are analysed. The SLA management life cycle under common services integration and operating architechture are defined at the basis of research on SLA management model in telecommunication management theory. A new QoS model is given according to the defination of Qos paramters in common service interface description specification the WSOL is used to express this model. A SLA accounting solution is promoted to extend the exsited AAA system.
