Design And Realization Of Tropical Agricultural Pesticide Database Information System Based On Web Service

With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology, computer application technologies play an increasingly important role in the development of agricultural. For a long time, the use of pesticides is the most common and widespread means to control the pest in agricultural production, however, the use of pesticides to control the pest in agricultural production has brought enormous economic benefits to people but also brought the highlights negative impact on human health and the environment. To promote the sustainable and stable development of agriculture, we need to use the pesticides in correct, reasonable and scientific way, so we develop the tropical agricultural pesticide database information system, and the development of the project has an important social meaning and application value to people.The tropical agricultural pesticide database information system we build that contains a lot of important information such as the way how to use pesticide, the basic properties of pesticides, physical properties and chemical properties and so on. This important information collects from the National Registration and the technology literature document. We design software which includes the way how using pesticide to control pests. The system uses Web Service which is new distributed computing technology, and the system is based on .NET development platform. The system realizes the pesticide, tropical crops, pest and disease control of multiple attributes, multiple cross-fast search and analysis capabilities and that is based on WEB. After a number of actual data to test the system and receive the good results, and then achieve the design goals.This paper discusses the project background and characteristic of the tropical agricultural pesticide database information system which is based on Web Service, and describes the related technology in this project, and discusses how to build the system and how to achieve our target. Finally, we summarize the whole process of our project.
