For cotton is one of the most important economic crops in Xinjiang and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,it is necessary to obtain and share information of cotton insect pests timely.Cotton insect pests information collected in conventional manual mode are few,resulting in time-consuming and exhausting,inefficient and statistical analysis difficulty.Affected by the passes,cotton insect pests monitoring results in remote sensing must be supported by validating on the ground led to low-efficiency.However,mobile GIS facilitates the management of cotton insect pests by offering an effective solution for the entire process ranging from cotton insect pests information collection,transmission,storage and analysis to service release.Optimize make full use of Mobile phone to realize collect spatial and attribute information of cotton insect pests fast.On the basis of that,Pests data was used to unified encapsulate and storage;Service product was generated by using spatial information analysis method;System platform for cotton insect pests was designed and created,which solve the key theoretical and technical problems of cotton insect pests information proactive service configuration,assembly,polymerization,optimization and push dynamically.Through building a unified information service platform to push relevant prevent and control information for farmers and agricultural technical staff timely.The main results are as follows:(1)Cotton insect pests data and meteorological data of nearly 12 years was collected in the study.Remote sensing image,basic geographic data,land utilization data,basic land and agricultural technical staff information of nearly 3 years were collected and reorganized.Following the classification criteria for cotton insect pests,Mobile GIS,GPS,Offline map,Graph drawing were used to realize collect spatial and attribute information of cotton insect pests,transmit it using the JSON data format to spatio-temporal database.The pests data acquisition and storage standards was established in regiment,which realizes the spatial data and attribute data unified storage and management.(2)For spatial information of cotton insect pests,the Inverse Distance Weighted interpolation analysis was used to obtain the spatial distribution raster data of pests.Then cutting,Re-Classification,Vectorization and Space Connection Technology for GIS Raster Data in sequence were carried out to get the spatial distribution vector figure of insect pests,and hotspots of insect pests were obtained by hotspot analysis on this basis.Insect pests is used to analysis between insect pests of thematic maps and basic field information,and then screened pest levels higher region.Cotton insect pests services was designed and established by using the spatial analysis algorithm and the corresponding service model.(3)In MyEclipse 10 development environment,information monitoring services platform for cotton insect pests based on Web AppBuilder is created by ArcGIS Server,ArcGIS JavaScript API technique etc.The system platform can be used to spatial query,spatial analysis,statistical analysis.Generation and performance of insect pests information service products was designed to realize the establishment of insect pests collection,processing,analysis to release.Cotton pests information were obtained and shared in time so that agricultural technology personnel to take preventive measures on the system platform,using mobile terminals to collect pests information timely.It can be completed within 5s from the collection to the storage.Cotton pests monitoring and forecasting model was built based on GIS spatial analysis.On the one hand,the thematic map is published as a service for users in the PC browser or mobile phone to browse through the App,on the other hand,the thematic map of pests information and map containing the farmers and lands information are analyzed,and serious areas are screened out.Finally,all of this precise information will be pushed to the user through the JPush platform.
