With the fast development of newly communicating technology services, represented by 3G, the Capital of China, Beijing, has been entering a super regular construction phrase regarding to the big scale of communicating network and infrastructure construction for the post-Olympic period. As communicating network to be regarded to the primary and vital resource, it can be seen a dramatically increase for pipeline construction and tube well quantity. Beijing Unicom manholl tasks have been achieving around 1730 times according to statistics from upper half year of 2010.Meanwhile, as one kind of finite space tasks, telecommunication people are facing various safety issues such as lacking of oxygen, gas poisoning, falling down, drowning, being attacked by object, especially the first two are greatly considered since these two accounted to above 60% of finite space task accidents and owning to 97% of death accidents.For tackling the safety issues, simple educating and monitoring are the most common ones, however, few methods are applied on technological preventing and commanding. Hence, this essay focused on a technical perspective, combining the gas check sense technique with wireless communicating networks. Aiming at the safety issues mentioned above, it suggested four technical prevention methods:gas automatic inspecting, aeration time extending, task dictate delivering and danger instant warning. Moreover, reasonable design, configuration, adjusting relating task procedures are making into practice in order to ensure safe management by means of technical prevention.This essay mainly investigated:1. make sure the characteristics of communication..task, safety issues and management issues 2. based on the internet of things technique, it aimed to solve safety issues via technique, proposed a manhole gas check system3. according to four technical prevention methods, design, configure, modify task procedure, guarantee a safety management through the whole task process.This scenario fulfill practical demand, transit the demonstration of enterprise informationization, afford an innovative idea and beneficial attempt for safe management of Beijing Unicom task and achieve an anticipative effect.
