Single-chip microcomputer was developed along with the progress of ultra-large scale integration. It has the advantages of small volume, low power consumption, strong control function, quick expansion, microminiaturization and being convenient for use. It is applied widely to industrial tests and controls with its diversified control system and data acquisition system.The essay designed a programming control system based on AT89C51 single chip from the aspect of current situation of crank press. This system combined the collection and display of work stress, the overload alarm and dealing, display of test of temperature point, temperature alarm and statistics of quantity of processed products. The essay analyzed and studied the techniques of collection system of pressure sensor, the strengthening of signals, the measure of multipoint temperature, the LCD display circuit and interfacing with the single chip. The essay also debugged the display system of observation and control with emulation software PROTEUS and achieved the predetermined function.The system can be widely applied to all kinds of presses with different models. And it can also be taken as reference to the test, control and display of other mechanical products. It can change the current situation of discrete control and be adapted to the needs of development of numerical control, automation and integration of current machines. |
