How fast supply products to the operators is a condition of equipment manufactures placed in the highly competitive communications market.This lies on it's manufacture capacity. Tests account for a large share in production, and only the product which is tested completely in the factory can supply to customers. How to improve the efficiency of production test is communications equipment manufacturer must be considered. For TD-SCDMA NodeB such a complicated system, manual testing can not meet product quality requirements, they can not meet delivery requirements, and require professional testing personnel to operate. Therefore, we must consider the automated testing.In this paper, TD-SCDMA NodeB focuses on the main line of system test software NBSTT design and use.It is a automation test software, just manually set the appropriate options, NodeB complex test on it. Finally, the test report generation.This paper briefly introduces the 3G mobile communications standard genarate, development and WCDMA and CDMA2000 system testing, which also outlined the characteristics of TD-SCDMA system.Then around the system used in the production test software NBSTT, first introduced the production-centric content, mainly the production test process, the production test environment and production test items 3 GPP requirements, and describes how to manually test these items. Then from the perspective of software engineering, we will focus on the needs of automated testing software NBSTT analysis, the overall architecture, development environment, the detailed design.Through these presentations, we have explained in detail how to achieve automated production methods, and explain its importance. The final, article describes how to use the NBSTT test system with picture and characters,and the current situation and future operation of the system development.
