On January,2009, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the people's republic of China has issued the 3G license to China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. According to the requirement of Group that to develop TD-SCDMA and make effort to promote TD-SCDMA industry, and around the train thinking that taking the construction, operation and evolution of TD-SCDMA as the core and key to develop China Mobile. With the reply of Ministry of Industry and Information, China Mobile started to expand three and four period scale network construction of CDMA, including the city of Shuozhou.The paper mainly to complete the following content:1.Firstly, from the macro policy discussed and analyzed on China mobile network in order to construct the urgency and the importance of TD, analysis the mobile network scale and cover of Shuozhou, the paper introduces current situation and implements TD wireless network construction in the future is necessary and feasibility.2.Introduced the basic concept of TD-SCDMA system, the basic principle and key technology, TD-SCDMA standard features, and other than where the advantages and disadvantages, the evolvement trend of TD.3.It is mined here for Shuozhou mobile TD-SCDMA wireless network planning objectives, through the planning, complete the base station, area planning, and become the standards and specifications to the construction of Shuozhou TD-SCDMA wireless net work.4.It is mined here papers on mobile TD after completion of the wireless network testing field are analyzed in detail, and mainly from CS domain, PS domain two aspects external field test problems found during analysis, and also give examples to show the solution plan of coverage, paging, switching, interference problem.
