Postal district centers is the important basic that production and operation of the postal enterprise depend on subsistence and development. China postal transportation system is a new design and structure information system. It related to the integration of functions and optimized business logic on the basis of referring to most separate system that has been put into use. It realized data sharing with other Postal information system by ESB technology. It further promote the informationization of internal business process and management methods in postal district centers. It will contribute to promoting production effeciency and enhancing competitiveness of postal enterprise. The thesis takes the gansu postal transportation system building as a specific case studies. As a part of China postal transportation system, this case not only consider the universal needs of uniform version across the country, but aslo puts forward a customized requirements such as MPLS VPN network realization, workshop server consolidation and implement it in the course of system building according to the gansu postal transportation production and the management reality.Chapter I described the thesis projects in the background, the necessity and urgency of stytem building and the author's specific research. This paper launched the entire research work take a project which was responsible by myself as the starting point throughout, linked to enterprise reality, had the very strong usability. Chapter II gave a brief overview of the postal transportation system related to the core technology. It has made the technical upholstery for the below chapter about project's design. Chapter III of this thesis was focused chapters. The chapter gives a detail design in system construction goal, business function requirements, general design of system, software architecture and system interface analysis. Chapter IV described the system deploymentation and implementation, has certain universality and the promoted value. Chapter V did a brief summary of the project, presented the next step needed to study and solve the program and hoped this field of study was inspired application and development.
