Intelligent transportation technology is a modern urban development direction It combined with the day to day traffic management to people's lives. It is an important indicator of urban modernization. Intelligent traffic in urban development, needs for a large number of signal processing, the most common is to control the number of traffic signals, such as traffic light signals, traffic signals, vehicle signals, These signals often need to switch applications, some signal from the multi-select signal of concern, some are a little more control on the signal, which signal switching and control functions is widely used in practice, the subject is always there for traffic management signal switching and control research and development issues.Proceeding from the actual demand of the subject, The paper uses the basic design of software engineering to solve problems and control signal switching, signal processing techniques used to design Win32 serial port. For this project, The paper has done the following work:First, analysis and design the systems using object-oriented design, design of overall system architecture, the second we concrete implementation of the system for each function module in detail,In the end we realization the final test of the system, put it into operation. We design The serial port class instead of The Win32 programming, and using XML technology to solved the problem of traffic management in the frequent switching and signal control, The solution has a very good reference.
