At present, to encourage everybody to take the public transport tool, the improvement of transportation environment is very important. Enhanceing operation efficiency of the bus and the taxi to reduce the street's vehicle is the effective measure that can improve the transportation environment. Because this intelligent control system of the taxi realizes the functions of the taxi localization and allowing people to take the same taxi together, it has solved the problem that supply is more than demand or supply is less than demand, enhanceing operation efficiency of the taxi.It has realized the taxi's unitizing management,reducing the traffic jams.This system include two parts.Traffic transportation management central system and the single-chip microcomputer control system.The traffic transportation management central system is mainly composed of the computer and the CDMA module,the traffic management central system's computer is used to establish the passengers and drivers's information database and it can realize the visualization contact surface operation. The traffic management central system's CDMA module is responsible to receive the data messages that the single-chip microcomputer control system's CDMA module transmits and transmits gather signal to the taxi, expressing that people can take the same taxi together. In order to realize the information which the CDMA module receives can be inputed in the database which the computer establishes, the system must realize the correspondence between the CDMA module and the computer,realizing the function of visiting the database and updating the database information promptly. This system is based on SQLSever,ODBC technology,and so on.The single-chip microcomputer control system includes the GPS module, the CDMA module, the RFID installment and the display unit. This system mainly realizes the function of sending the position information that single-chip microcomputer receives to traffic control central system through the CDMA module, completing the taxi localization. When the passenger takes the taxi or gets off the taxi, the single-chip microcomputer receives the card number information that the RFID installment transmits and carries on the related calculation of charge.The designs of the system mainly include the serial port corre- spondence between the single-chip microcomputer and the GPS module, the CDMA module, RFID installment, carrying on the scanning operation to each module and the multi-channel calculation of charge algorithm design.The single-chip microcomputer uses its asynchronous serial interface USART to communicate with each module, the single-chip microcomputer carries on the control of reading and writng to CDMA module through the command of AT. Because the single-chip microcomputer must communicate with many modules through serial port correspondence, this design carrys on the scanning operation to each modulus. This scanning design allows a module to have the serial port correspondence function first, and shielding other module serial port correspondence function. When the single-chip microcomputer completing this serial port correspondence function, shielding this module the serial port correspondence function, opening the serial port correspondence function of the next connection module,namely,when the single-chip microcomputer scan that equipment, it only opens the serial port corre-sponddence function of the equipment. Using the methods of recording the guest's seat position number and the position reservation algorithm can accurately analysis that the passenger gets out or boards,and can realize the multi-channel calculations of charge. Opening a two-dime-nsion array in the single-chip microcomputer, this array deposits four groups of 10 characters (0,1...9) the data,namely, the single-chip microcomputer receiving four groups of the RFID card number (the taxi only can take four groups of people at most). Each group of the array initialization value will be 'a' character (RFID card number will not present'a'character), When the single-chip microcomputer has not received any information that the RFID installment transmits, indicat-ing that taxi does not have the passenger to get out or get on,the counter does not reset. when the single-chip microcomputer receives the card number which the RFID installment transmits, the single-chip microcomputer starts to analyze whether this card number has existed in the two-dimension array. If existed, the card number's passenger gets out, and array's value in this position supposes for the initialization value.If does not exist, the card number's passenger wants to board, namely, increasing one group of the passenger,depositing this card number to the two-dimension array that the value of array is initia-lization value.This method is simple and effective.This system has mainly completed the design and the visiting of the database, the visualization contact surface design and the serial port correspondence design. The system obtaining the quite ideal effect finally through the experiment simulation's method, the continual readjustment related algorithm and the parameter data.
