Plastics is one kind of artificial materials with big molecule which main raw materials are used organic compound resin,which is added other cooperate materials or not.It can manufacture products with regular shape on condition,by changing materials form,or by solidifying.Plastics apply widely to Products because its quality is small,with which can bear corrosion and mould easily,whose graceful appearance and low price.For example,it uses widely for shell products of earphones,of mobile phone,of MP4,of computer, instrumental dish of automobile.With industry develops quickly and product can be updated quickly,new type products appear promptly, in especial, thin shell mading of plastics is the most quantity products presently. Feature of this type products is:(1) Structure of product can be simple or complex according to manufacture.It influence moulding greatly.The product will warp,if its structure is unreasonable.The warp can influence use of product.(2) Product can make material to lost in process of injection molding, because its thickness is different variously.(3) Product will be out of shape because force of pushing product out during injection molding,on which isthin.These feature make injection molding of injection molding,so analysis is essential to injection molding.In the paper, some key technologies of finite element method (FEM) are introduced, such as the basic theory of forming FEM simulation, construction of FEM simulation system, development of FEM simulation software, and FEM software of forming widely used in the world. According to the product characters of Ge'er Acoustics Stock Co.,LTD., FEM simulation software of 3D forming, Moldflow 3d, is selected as the researching tool.In the paper, composition of mould are introduced, function of part in mould is introduced systematically. Influence is stated, which condition of technology affect plastic.In the paper, property and molding condition is introduced about Bluetooth earphones. The factor is analysed,which affects molding of Bluetooth earphones.In the paper, emphasis is analysis of runner system which affects molding,according to using demand of Bluetooth earphones. Influence is analyse in detailusing FEM software,which runner location is choosed. Three types of runner location are designed in the paper.Each project is analysed using fusion analysis.Three types of project are studied and imitated for flow and wrap,for electing the best project.Gate location is decided according to this project, technology of molding is drafted to Bluetooth earphones.Technology parameters are installed about Bluetooth earphones. Analysis is proceeded about molding flaw using moldflow. Conclusion for analysis is gained by FEM.The period of designing and manufacturing mould decides frequency of changing appearance of plastic. Molding and deformation of plastic is analysed and optimized about technology,for the period of exploitation is shortened,for reduceing cost and increasing quality of plastic. The period of designing and manufacturing mould is shortened,for adapting demand of product renewing quickly.
