LED lens,which is small size, high integration, easy to assemble, is mainly processed by injection molding, and such processing LED optical performance of lens is very difficult to meet the requirements and part of the products is difficult to processing. This paper tries to research the injection compression molding process, through the simulation of LED lens injection compression process parameters on the buckling deformation and to research the influence of refractive index changes, and a set of design and manufacture of injection compression molding mold, as the experiment platform, at last, through experiments to verify the conclusion.This article first has carried on the optical design of LED lens, the design of the beam Angle is 15 deg a single LED lens, and then use the robust design method to construct the experiment,the LED warping deformation and refractive index change of the single lens for experimental targets, in a compressed distance, compression speed and compression force, the holding pressure,melt temperature, injection rate, cooling time for the influencing factors, matrix through orthogonal experiment, the injection compression molding process of lens with Moldflow2015 software simulation analysis, obtained the optimum technological parameter combination and the influence law of various parameters on the index. Then the hot runner technology converts the mainstream way to hot runner again with the aim to experimental warping deformation and refractive index change, the influence factors of the same build experiments, simulation analysis,obtained the optimum technological parameter combination and the influence law of various process parameters on the experiment target.Then use the optical design method to design the another LED lens, the beam Angle of 22 deg triad LED lens group, and then use the same robust design method to construct the experiment, the LED warping deformation and refractive index change of the single lens for experimental targets, in a compressed distance, compression speed and compression force, the holding pressure, melt temperature, injection rate, cooling time for the influence factors of the injection compression molding process of lens with Moldflow2015 software simulation analysis,obtained the best process parameter combination and the influence law of process parameters onforming indicators. Then the hot runner technology converts the mainstream way to hot runner again with the aim to experimental warping deformation and refractive index change, the influence factors of the same build experiments, simulation analysis, obtained the optimum technological parameter combination and the influence law of various process parameters on the experiment target.Using comprehensive test system of lamps and lanterns and light distribution curve test system contrast injection compression molding and injection molding were investigated under two kinds of molding process of the LED lens pervious to light efficiency and optical properties such as color of light, the results show that injection compression molding efficiency and optical performance is better than that of injection molding products, pervious to light. To adopt surface profilometer injection molding and injection compression molding process was studied under the surface of the LED lens size accuracy, the results show that the size of the injection compression molding products precision is better than that of injection molding.
