Injection Molding Machine Intelligent Controller Design

The Injection Molding Machine is a kind of molding tools which can inject the melted plastics into the mould to produce plastic product after cooling. The Injection Molding Machine Controller is. the heart of it. In the course of production, monitoring of the real-time working status, controlling of the barrel temperature, and reliably process control are required to improve the productivity.The dissertation introduced the design of the controller in three parts. First the Injection Molding Machine Protocol is introduced. Later a multi-layer, event driven software design method of the controller is brought forward after analysis of the controller design requirement. In the end, considering that the barrel is coupling, a decoupling control and thereafter fuzzy control method are discussed.
