Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a software system architecture which completes a specific task by connecting the implemented independent functional entities for solving business integration needs. SOA is a component model, which links the applications of different functional units (called services) between services and contract via these defined well-defined interfaces. The system interface is defined in a neutral way, which is independent of implementation services, hardware platforms, operating systems and programming languages. All of these make such a system built on varieties of services in a uniform and university way for interaction. However, the existing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) does not have standards or specifications to provide adequate means to describe Web Services for supporting the general mechanisms of discovery, composition and choreography. Hence, it can lead to produce a lot of problems when distributed, heterogeneous and dynamic changes of Web services interact each other. At present, the Semantic Web's development for Web services provides an opportunity which makes all of the network information semantic so that the computer can be understood and deal with. If the system can use the web services of loose coupling and Semantic information which the Semantic Web provides in a SOA, it can automatically match and discover and invoke Web Services to dynamically generate and implement business process for better achieving inter-enterprise integration of various application systems.Ontology-oriented OWL-S (Ontology Web Language for Services) has achieved a successful application in the fields of semantic matching and information extraction, and also has established ontology databases and metadata models, especially in the semantic Web Service composition it has provided a strong semantic process abilities, which are effectively solve the shortcomings of addressing the weak semantic of WSDL. In fact, WSMO and OWL-S based on ontology both have a powerful semantic and extraction capability. But for late emergence, now at the development stage, they used in a smaller range; It is a description of semantic Web services conceptual model which solve for core concepts in the data, process and protocol layer core of the problem in order to providing core elements of ontology-based Web services for better supporting the discovery, integration and interaction. This paper proposed a new architecture Service-Oriented Architecture Based on Ontology (called OSOA) through introduction of ontology modeling to web services and functions on the semantics for the lack of formal semantics issue in the traditional service-oriented architecture. Then, as the basis of above them, the paper design and analysis an example of a medical diagnostic system by introducing Web Service Modeling Ontology (WSMO), in accordance with the in accordance with the process analysis, data flow in the data structure, objectives defined, service discovery, service orchestration/composition, process, and the agreement of the intermediary steps, described in detail each step of the major analysis and design in medical diagnostic system modeling.
