Research And Application On The Antetype Of Data Warehouse Of Telecommunication Customer Churn

With the bad phenomenon of telecom customer churn, founding the efficiency customer management system become the necessary choice. This paper bases on the management system of telecom customer and JiangXi Unicom management and analysis system which developed by Neusoft telecom department. It is mainly about how to design the data warehouse model on the management of telecom customer churn by doing research on data warehouse. Then, trying to found the data warehouse in the management system of telecom customer churn.The paper mostly do research on telecom and data warehouse. The research about telecom refers to status quo of telecom customer churn, style of telecom customer chum and analysis of the customers' attribute. And the paper also has brief introduction to the whole management system of telecom.About data warehouse, the paper do some research on theory and development methods of data warehouse. But the main research is stressed on the model of data warehouse and the designing of the starlike model to the data warehouse of telecom customer management system. The paper also found the warehouse using ORACLE which is a very useful database development tool and realize the cube structure of dimensionality tables and reality tables.In the end, the paper sums up the main work and tells the important meaning to the telecom management system with doing more research on the technology of data warehouse.
