With the development of mobile communications and the Internet, fixed-line telephone service provided by China Telecom has been gradually losing market shares in amount, and how to retain customers is a serious problem faced by China Telecom. As an implementation of the integral mode, integration mall brings vitality to the enterprises, however, the "in-kind procurement & logistic distribution" pattern of traditional integration mall no longer meet current needs.In this paper, the functions of e-tickets exchange and scorecard consumption was implemented by intelligent terminals (two-dimensional code identifying terminal, POS card terminal) and the telecom integration mall platform was built electronically, this allowed consumption and exchange of scores more flexible and convenient. In the process of building this platform, several difficult questions needed to address:Integration of the integration mall platform and the cooperative systems; Calling congestion among exchange by intelligent terminals; Secure transmission of sensitive information in the network. This paper worked on these four aspects as follows:(1) The SOA and related technologies has been studied, a Light-weight Web Service Composition Engine based on BPEL was proposed and the design and implementation of the engine was introduced. SCA technology was used in this engine, and the peripheral functions of the traditional heavy-weight engine were abandoned, it was designed to be platform-specific engine of integral mall. Business systems, bank systems, legacy integration systems were integrated loosely with the integration mall platform by LWSCE in service orchestration way. It is conducive to the further expansion of the system.(2) The queuing theory of the calling process of intelligent terminal and the queuing model of calling were studied, and the model was solved and optimized, then a first adaptive and dynamic queuing algorithm based on weighted priority was proposed. System parameters, such as mean waiting time, maximum waiting time, were also given in this paper through simulation test of queues. Lastly, the capacity of system was estimated and resource was allocated, so it could alleviate the queue problems, reduce server pressure and minimize the operation costs.(3) Security technology and data encryption algorithm of integration mall platform were studied. RSA key generation algorithm was improved. And a hybrid encryption scheme based on dynamic key was proposed to keep data confidentiality so as to keep data integrity with message digest model and prevent forgery and tampering with the transaction data. In brief, an effective solution of how to transfer transaction data safely in the network was given.(4) Based on the above theory, combined with Zhejiang telecom integration mall platform, its outline design and detailed design were given, and it was implemented as well as its sub-system, and then the system was tested by Integration Testing and Stress Testing. At last the paper was summarized and was predicted.
