Study On Information Standardization Of Community Health Service In Wuhan

The construction of information standardization of Community Health Service (CHS) is the basic premise of the exchanging and share of CHS'information, and also is the important foundation of promoting the informatization development of CHS. At the present, a lot of irregular information exists in the informatization construction of CHS in Wuhan, which leads the information silo and the waste of information resources. It is need badly to study and construct the information standardization in Wuhan to solve the problem. The information standardization of CHS fits the need of CHS in Wuhan, which can standardize the information of CHS, improve the quality and efficiency of CHS, solve the key problem of the construction of information system of CHS, and promote the development of informatization and information standardization of CHS. Our study explores and studies the theory and method on construction of information standardization of CHS.PurposesStudy the method and theory of constructing information standardization of CHS, and to get the message of activities, business process and information system. To make a analysis of the demand of information standard, explore and study the theory and method on construction of information standardization of CHS, construct the information standardization of CHS in Wuhan finally.MethodsCollecting and sorting all the policy documents about the construction of information standardization of CHS, and all the standards of health information, information system and CHS. A random sampling method was adopted for selecting one Community Health Service Center and one Community Health Service Station from each urban district in Wuhan. The materials from site investigation and interview used as a part of information resource of constructing information standardization of CHS.Analyzed the materials of site investigation and interview, the activities and business process of CHS were summarized. And analysis of the demand about information standard of CHS in Wuhan was completed. By using Layer-grouping and Metasynthetic engineering, the standards of CHS were classified and metasynthetic, and the information standardization of CHS were constructed. The information standardization of CHS is logic and classified clearly, which pays attention to the exchange, share and use of health information, and also is the premise of the construction of information standardization about CHS in Wuhan. ContentsThe contents of research focused on four aspects, as following(1) The activities of CHS in Wuhan.(2) The business process of CHS in Wuhan.(3) The status of CHS information system in Wuhan.(4) Construct the information standardization of CHS in Wuhan.Results(1) Literature review clewed, the study on the construction of information standardization of CHS is doing at home and abroad, which study on the standard of models, technical terms and codes especially. Collecting 20 policy documents about the construction of information standardization of CHS, and nearly 60 standards of health information, information system and CHS.(2) By investigating the activities, business process, information system and the cognition of the information standardization in seven Community Health Service Centers and seven Community Health Service Stations, we got 38 items of activities of CHS and business process chart of CHS in Wuhan.(3)With expert consultation, we got a clear demand of information and the rules of construction the information standardization of CHS in Wuhan.(4) By using method of layer-grouping, all the related standards were classified by a logical relation. The primary framework of information standardization of CHS was completed.(5) By using method of Metasynthetic engineering, the primary framework of information standardization of CHS was optimized. And it was turned to be the information standardization of CHS. The information standardization of CHS was divided into 4 main types, 18 subtypes and involved of 85 standards now.Conlusion.(1) The results of site investigation and interview show that it is need badly to construct a information standardization of CHS in Wuhan. It has an important significance to the improving the function of information system of CHS in Wuhan, the exchange and share of health information and raising the efficiency of information resource.(2)The method of layer-grouping, Metasynthetic engineering combined with site investigation and interview show the efficiency of studying on regional information standardization of CHS.
