Exploration Of Community Health Information Service Based On Electronic Health Records

With the development of information technology,medical informatization has become one of the hot topics of research,and the application of information services in primary health care institutions has been increasing.The community health information service system with electronic health records as the core has developed well in foreign countries,and the application of electronic health records in community health information services in China is still in its infancy.Therefore,it is necessary to study the community health information services based on electronic health record,which can provide reference for the construction of community health information services in our country.First of al,this paper conducts literature research and website research on community health information services based on electronic health records in representative foreign countries,and compares and summarizes them;secondly,this paper conducts website surveys,We Chat official account surveys,App surveys and related literature surveys on some health care institutions in my country,combined with staff interviews,to grasp the current status and shortcomings of the application of electronic health records in community health information services in my country;finally,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the users' relevant needs,and the data of the questionnaire survey results were analyzed,and the current situation of users' use of community health information services related to electronic health records,their cognition of electronic health records,their understanding of electronic health records,the related needs and concerns of the service function of the health record system are summarized.Studies have shown that in some foreign countries,community health information services based on electronic health records have different advantages and have achieved corresponding results.Therefore,when establishing community health information services based on electronic health records,our country should draw on their advantages and establish the best plan for our country.However,in the process of applying electronic health records in community health information service in our country,there are problems such as management confusion,underutilization,unbalanced development,lack of technology and shortage of funds.In addition,users have poor use of community health information services related to electronic health records,have low awareness of electronic health records,and have certain needs and concerns about the service functions of the electronic health record system.Based on the user's current situation and cognitive attitudes,needs and concerns summarized above,as well as foreign research cases,the service function architecture of the electronic health record system is designed.Based on the problems in the application of electronic health records in my country's community health information services,combined with foreign research cases,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of community health information service based on electronic health records in our country from the perspective of system,technology,publicity,data and funds.
