Research On Community Health Information Service In China

Health is the fundamental purpose of development and the common pursuit of all the people.People’s attention to health problems is deepening with the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard.The "Healthy China 2030" program also points out that the construction of healthy China should take people’s health as the core,focus on the grass-roots level,cover the whole life cycle,and realize the whole health service and health guarantee from the fetus to the end of life.However,at present,the health information literacy of residents in our country is generally lacking,the health information literacy education and service system is lacking,the existing health information service platform in China is not perfect,and the information provided by the current search engine is not authoritative.How to improve the quality of health information service to solve the problem of overload and confusion of health information,how to improve the level of health information literacy of residents and then improve the health level of the country,And how to deal with health information service in public health emergencies is an urgent problem.Therefore,the author analyzes the types of health information service institutions and the needs of community residents in our country,and hopes to put forward some suggestions on the development of health information service from the perspective of residents’ needs.In order to study the community health information service in China,and put forward the improvement countermeasures,the author first discusses the origin and current situation of the health information service at home and abroad development,and highlights the research method and content of this paper.The research method mainly adopts the network investigation method,field work method and statistical analysis method.Secondly,the author defines the relevant concepts and connotation of health information,health information service,community health information service institutions,health information quality literacy and health information needs,and sorts out the links,elements and service modes involved in the community health information service process.Later,the author divided the perspective of demand content,access method,search behavior and demand level of health information services for community residents,analyzed the factors affecting the health information needs of community residents,and built a health information demand service process.In the data analysis section,the author designed the questionnaire according to the research results of my ancestors,and collected the questionnaire through combining field research and network survey.The paper questionnaire was input into the questionnaire star platform and exported to the SPSS25.0 software,sorted data,reliability,validity test,descri ptive statistical analysis and factor analysis,and corrected the design questions and dimensions.The author found in the current study of community health information service:(1)Currently,residents pay less attention to mental health,Lack of a correct understanding of health,Health information is available only if needed;(2)Residents are more concerned about personal information disclosure in the process of health information services,Not very satisfied with the timeliness,integrity,personalization,authority and content of health information services,Hope to improve from the way,content,personnel and service quality;(3)The COVID-19 epidemic has had a certain impact on the lives of the residents,Residents really want to understand the epidemic prevention and control knowledge and the development of the epidemic.The author believes that health information service institutions should cultivate professional health information management personnel,cooperate to meet the personalized needs of users,provide value-added services to meet their special needs under major public health events;subdivide user groups,pay attention to their physiological,psychological and social health,improve users’ health information literacy;provide the content of health information,timely improve service,and establish a guarantee mechanism for health information services.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and discusses the shortcomings and future outlook of this research topic.
