The Clinical Research On The Effects Of Ankun Zhongzi Pill To Improve The Endometrial Receptivity Of Infertility Induced By Luteal Phase Deficiency

Objective:Based on clinical scientific research design guidance.To observe the effect ofAnkun Zhongzi Pill on infertility induced by luteal phase deficiency and evaluate the safety,effectiveness and repeatable operational.Explore a safe,effective and reasonable treatment ofkidney Yang deficiency type corpus luteum insufficiency type of infertility,in order to betterguide clinical.Methods:cases of LPD patients owing to Yang deficiency in kidney syndrome wererandomized into the tested group (treated with Ankun Zhongzi Pill and Progesterone capsules)and the control group (treated with Progesterone capsules only).And were observed onimprovement of symptoms of TCM,the HPS of BBT,the levels of E2and P in middle lutealphase,the parameters of the uterine artery blood flow in luteal phase(Pulsatility Index,Resistance Index),endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate(Biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate).Compared the clinical efficacy of the twogroups method.And finally the results were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)The integral of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome:After treatment,thekidney-yang deficiency level in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05)and the tested group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The analysisof the efficientrate:treatment group:There are27cases in treatment group,recovered9cases,improved9cases,having an effect of5cases,invalid4cases,the group total effective rate85.19%.controlgroup:There are29cases in control group,recovered3cases,improved10cases,having aneffect of6cases,invalid10cases,the group total effective rate65.52%.Therefore,the treatmentgroup was more effective than control group.(3)Pregnancy rate:Treatment group:clinicalpregnancy9cases(33.33%),chemical pregnancy3cases(11.11%).Control group:clinicalpregnancy3cases(10.34%),chemical pregnancy7cases(24.14%).Clinical pregnancy rate ofthe treatment group compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The chemical pregnancy rate in the treatment group compared with the controlgroup is significantly lower,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Both of two groupshave no case of ectopic pregnancy.(4)The HPS of BBT:After the treatment the HPS in twogroups is better than before(P<0.05),and after the treatment the HPS in treatment group isbetter than the control group(P<0.05).(5)Levels of the hormones:The serum level of E2and Pin both groups was better than before treatment(P<0.05) and the serum level of P in the testedgroup was better than control group(P<0.05).The level of E2had no statistical significance between before and after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).(6)Ultrasonic detection:Aftertreatment the endometrial thickness in two groups is thicker than before(P<0.05),theendometrial thickness after treatment in treatment group is7.37±0.23(mm),and had statisticsignificant(P<0.05) compared with the controlgroup;after treatment Pulsatility Index,Resistance Index are all lower than before(P<0.05), and the data of PI in treatment groupdecreased significantly (P<0.05)compared with that of the control group.The RI in two groupsafter treatment had no statistic significant(P>0.05),such result may apply to the small samplesize.Conclusions:AnKun Zhongzi pill combined progestin capsule by kidney essence,li qihuo xue method effectively slow the TCM symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency;Byimproving the middle luteal uterus perfusion,increasing the The endometrial thickness inorder to increase the receptive endometrium;And improve the level of serum E2and P of thepatients with corpus luteum;Improve the clinical pregnancy rate of infertility ultimately;Jointprogestin capsule oral AnKun Zhongzi pill than simply taking progesterone capsule can betterimprove symptoms,improve the receptivity of endometrium,increase the clinical pregnancyrate.
