The Effect Of Using Nine Acupoinits Of Lumbar Veriebral With Heat-producing Acupuncture To Treat Ldh

The lumbar Disc Herniation is also known as rupture of the lumbar intervertebral disk and slipped lumbar intervertebral disc etc。The research studies the curative effect of applying different frequencies on the acupuncture using nine acupoints of jia ji and governor meridian in the treatment of lumbuar disc herniation.1. Purpose:To observe the clinicai application effect with the methed of using nine acupoints of Lumbar vertebral with heat-producing acupuncture to treat the lumbar Disc Herniation.2. Method:In this paper, a total of 60 patients with lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH) were divided into two groups, and accept pure acupuncture treatment and Lumbar vertebral with heat-producing acupuncture respectively for a period of treament (two weeks),and no longer than four weeks.3. Result:During the course of treatment,the patients'clinical symptoms, physical sign, activities of daily living, and the Index of Pain were observed. The results showed that(1) The treatment group improved the symptoms and signs prolapse of lumbar intervertebral dis better than the control group,there was statistically significance (P<0.05).(2) After treatment VAS comparison shows that the pain intensity in the treatment group lowered significantly compared to the control group, there was statistically significance (P<0.05).(3) The total score after treatment of two group of symptoms comparison shows that the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, there was statistically-significance (P<0.05).(4)The treatment group had a total effective rate of 100%, with 19 clinically recovered,11 markedly effective,0 ineffective.The controlled group had a total effective rate of 93.3%, with 10 clinically recovered,18 markedly effective,2 ineffective.(5) With comparison of regimen after treatment,it's shorter in the treatment group than in the control group, by t test it shows:(P<0.05), there was significant statistically significance.4. Conclusion:The effectiveness of the two groups differed significantly (P<0.05).It explains that the treatment of nine acupoints of Lumbar vertebral with heat-producing acupuncture is better than traditional regular acupuncture in treating LDH.We should do further reach about how to do it.
