| Objective:clinical curative effect of Shangkeshuhoukang I haokeli on the edema of extremity after orthopedic operation and to discuss its m To evaluate the echanism by systematic clinical observation.Methods:Sixty cases of patients were divided randomly into the control group and the treatment group, the former was treated with Shangkeshuhoukang I haokeli and the latter with huoxuezhitong capsule.A comparative study on clinical curative effect between the control group and the treatment group was conducted by examing the main symptoms before and after the treatment in each group.Results:Clinical observation showed:Shangkeshuhoukang I haokeli improved the edema of extremity after orthopedic operation;the action of alleviating the edema of extremity after orthopedic operation was relatively quick; the curative effect was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion:Shangkeshuhoukang I haokeli can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the edema of extremity after orthopedic operation, ameliorate quality of life, and its clinical use is safe. |
