Clinical Study of Shang Ke Shu Hou Decoction for Improving BloodHypercoagulability and Preventing Lower Extremity DeepVein Thrombosis After Orthopedic OperationSpeciality: Periphdral Vascular Disease, Surgery of TCMAuthor:Liu Bei-NanTutor:Professor Jin XingAbstractOrthopedic operation is an important inducing factor for Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis(LEDVT), most patients after operation are in high risk station of DVT, so monitoring the patients?pre-thrombus station and preventing it with medicine in time have important significance. We chose the patients after orthopedic operation which have high risk factor of DVT as research object and found the patients?blood was in the station of hypercoagulability and hyperviscosity, the blood rheology index and prothrombin time had changed, which showed their predictive value for pre-thrombus station. At the same time, we developed the Shang Ke Shu lou decoction which have the function of promoting blood circulation to relieve stasis, excreting dampness to subdue edema and clearing away heat and toxic material to proceed clinical preventing research. Compared with the blank control group, this medicine can lower blood viscosity and red blood cells?aggregation index, raise red blood cells?distortion ability and prolong protbrombin time, so as to improve blood hypercoagulability, and the medicine also can relieve the symptoms of pain and edema of the lower extremity.The treating group's DVT incidence is 2.86%, the control group's is 16.00%, there's obvious difference between the two group (P
