In the work process, the outer load of the bulldozer changes frequently in a wide range and cannot be forecasted. The operator manipulates the controller by hand and feeling to control the blade up and down to fit the change of outer load. So there are lag and uncertain factors, which cause the backwards such as lower work efficiency, worse work quantity, larger labor strength of workers.The research purpose of this paper is to resolve this problem. The paper analyzes and studies the domestic and international study results and development stations in the aspect of bulldozer automatic control system, builds the model of blade automatic control system, designs the automatic control system of up and down of the blade; elaborates the detailed structure and the design method of each part (pie zoelectric sensor, forward channel, backward channel) of the system; designs the outer circuits (sequential circuits, reset circuits, voltage power circuit) of the controller; studies hydraulic system of the blade, and on the base of the original hydraulic system, parallel connects hydraulic system of the automatic control system of the up and down of blade, and make the blade of the bulldozer could adjust itself; finally, collects and imitates of the signal, adjusts the procedures, and put forward the further improvement project and measures.
