Study On The Micro Computer-Control System Of Blade Fluctuation Of Bulldozer

The bulldozer plays an important role in engineering construction, and the control system of the blade is a key part of the whole working system, it affects the working efficiency and working quantity. The control system of the traditional bulldozer blade has such shortcomings that operation is complex and the loader of the labor is large, and there are lag and uncertain factors, so the study of blade Micro computer-control system and the autoimmunization improving of the traditional bulldozer blade is significant.On the base of analyzing and studying the domestic and international study results, development stations in the aspect of the technology of bulldozer automatic control system, the model of blade fluctuation control system was built, and the Micro computer-control system was designed. The shoveling process and the stress conditions in working process of the bulldozer were analyzed, the design scheme of the Micro computer-control system of the blade and demonstrated the feasibility of the design scheme were presented; the structure and the design method of each part (piezoelectric sensor, forward channel, backward channel) of the system were elaborated; the outer circuits of each part were designed. The system must supervise the pressure variety of the hydraulic system of blade, so the accommodate pressure sensor must be chosen; the system was interfered by itself and the Environment, so the Filter and the watch dog were designed, witch solved the problem of anti-jamming. The paper analyzed the hydraulic system of the blade, and on the base of the original hydraulic system, designed hydraulic system of the Micro-computer system of the up and down of blade, which could be used in both hydraulic-control system and Micro computer-control system; finally, collected and imitated of the signal, adjusted the procedures, and put forward the further improvement project and measures.
