Based On The Dsp Full Hydraulic Communication Control System

Through analyzing and discussing the current development of the full hydraulic bulldozer in the world, this paper studies the hydrostatic transmission systems and the controlling scheme of TQ230, provides an modulation scheme of variable pump in model complexions, gives an efficient communication scheme of control, carries out the design and creation of the hardware of the controller with the core part-TMS320LF2407 DSP and completes the software of the controller with CC2000. At the same time, in order to realize the communication between PC and DSP by RS-232, the paper develops the communication program by Visual Basic 6.0. At the end of the paper, the function and validity of the communication is verified by experiments.
