The traditional mechanical type roller shovel fluctuation, carries on by the human manual operation, the change which shoulders to the roller outside depends on human's feeling completely in the work process (vision and sense of hearing) forecast, thus inevitable existence big slowness and determinism, does not cause the roller the work efficiency lowly, the work quality misses, operator's labor intensity is big and so on the flaw.This paper studies the goal is for solve this difficult problem. The generalized analysis and studied at present domestic and foreign in the roller automatic control aspect development tendency, has established the shovel automatic control model and designed the shovel automatic control system. Elaborated the system each constituent (sensor, signal processing system, controller, execution) detailed structure and design method. Considered to the disturbance existence, designs the watch-dog electric circuit to realize the antijamm. Has studied roller shovel hydraulic system, in the original hydraulic system foundation, has connected in parallel fashion the shovel automatic control hydraulic system, finally realized the bulldozer shovel to adjust to the complex operating mode.
