This paper collects and sorts out the data about full hydraulic bulldozer both home and abroad. According to the present research situation, the development trend and the lasting technology, the hydraulic drive traveling and controlling system is analyzed. The controlling project of traveling system is put forward. The arithmetic of the hydraulic drive traveling and controlling system is researched by using the improved PID controller. Especially the method of adjust is worked out to improve the deceleration of the engine during the constant power control. The controller hardware is designed by using the controller RC6-9 and the displayer DI2/10. The program code is complied using BODAS software. At last, the simulation test device of controlling system of construction machinery is designed and made in this paper. The function and property of the controller is verified and adjusted by the experiments. In addition, the improved methods are given. |
