The control of traveling system of the full hydraulic bulldozer is the core of the whole control system, and it has direct influence on economy and drive of bulldozer. This thesis has a comprehensive analyze on the transmission system and control method of the hydraulic traveling system of the bulldozer. And so on, a control strategy of traveling system has been put out. The thesis accomplishes the hardware design of the control system utilizing DSP and the software utilizing CC2000. On the base of realizing running forwards and backwards, starting, braking, turning right and left of bulldozer, this thesis puts great emphasis on the controlling arithmetic of TQ230 full hydraulic bulldozer, and give concrete controlling arithmetic of running forwards and backwards . At the same time, use controlling method of PID in order to assure the precision and real-time of control. Finally, the function and property of the controller is verified and adjusted by experiment.
