| As the important infrastructure of national economy and social development, reservoir plays a huge action in flood controlling, irrigation, generating electricity, aquatic breeding, water supply and tour. Recent years, the groundwater resource is reducing gradually. More and more reservoirs are used as the earth-surface collecting drinking water fountain. Those reservoirs are used more on city water supply than on traditional function such as flood controlling or irrigation. Take Jinan city for example, the earth-surface drinking water fountains in Jinan include Wohushan Reservoir, Jinxiuchuan Reservoir, Yuqinghu Reservoir, Queshan Reservoir etc. The majority reservoirs run as the city drinking water fountain sit in suburb, in which human activities are strong and the local residents' consciousness in environment protect is poor. These reasons pollute the water quality of reservoir and the citizen's drinking security are threaten. According to investigation, the disqualify drinking water fountain account for 25 percent in 1000, and the up-to-quality water sources are shrinking gradually. Under this condition, the paper selects Wohushan Reservoir in Jinan as example, and uses ISO14031 Standard to make research in environment performance evaluation on the drinking water fountain.In this paper, the following questions are discussed:First, The paper evaluates the important environmental factors of reservoir through the method in ISO14001. According to the model of EOM(Environmental conditions-Operate performance-Manage performance) and AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) set up the index system of environment performance evaluation of Wohushan Reservoir.Second, the paper set up the research model of environmental performance evaluation in Wohushan Reservoir. Gay system theory and the principal components projects are introduced into and used to evaluate the reservoir's environmental performance.Third, according to the results, find out the reason of the reservoir's environment problem.
