In recent years,the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become the main factors affecting China’s economic development.With the depletion of fossil energy and the intensification of environmental pollution,how to ensure the normal supply of energy,negative impact on the ecological environment has become an important issue facing sustainable development in China.This paper first combs the research status of wind power industry at home and abroad,then studies Huitengliang wind farm as an example,and evaluates Huitengliang from two different dimensions.On the one hand,the whole process of wind farm management is evaluated,and the whole process management is divided into three stages:preliminary stage,design,project implementation and operation management.On the other hand,the comprehensive economic,social and sustainability effects are evaluated.Both dimension evaluations are based on the object element extension theory and the analytic hierarchy process construction model.According to the empirical research,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the project in each link,avoids the disadvantages through effective management,and generalizes the advantages to provide a certain theoretical reference for the development and evaluation of similar wind farms in the future.The research results show that Huitengliang wind farm development,construction and operation procedures are complete and reasonable,and the profitability of the project basically achieves the expected results.It has no impact on the nearby residents and the environment,and the project is sustainable in terms of wind resources,markets and policies.However,at present,the evaluation work of wind power industry has not formed a unified industry standard,and the evaluation process also has many deficiencies and needs to be further improved.Based on the results of the study,recommendations will be made in the following areas.First,strengthen the team building,a good team will determine his final height.Second,the whole process of cost control should be based on rules and laws.Third,reliability of equipment is a prerequisite for profitability,and effective management can increase the number of operating hours and utilization rate of equipment.Fourth,the optimization of the personnel structure,so that it produces the greatest subjective initiative.These suggestions will have some reference significance for improving the management level of wind power projects and reducing the risk of project investment.
