| Nowadays construction project performance has not only been measured in terms of quality, time and cost, but also be faced to a more tough task how to solve or minimize the environmental impact during building construction. Compared to the developed countries, the environment construction of construction project is not in a high level, so the research in this area is really in need.After analyzing the current situation of environment management of construction project, this paper summarizes the characteristics and process of environment management of construction, and introduces the environment management of construction project based on environment management. The characteristics of this kind of environment management and problems that may come out during management operation has also been presented. The environment factor has been found out to be related to those problems and the key factor, so identification and evaluation of environment factor in the construction project is important in the research. Firstly, major environment factor has been identified, including air emissions, water emissions, noise pollution, waste generation, light pollution and radioactive pollution, and the source of pollution to the environment has been analyzed, then the relationship between the important environment factors and the construction activities has been concluded. Combined with a construction project case, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to weigh the environment factors of construction project, and fuzzy assessment method to determine the important environment factors. In order to improve environment management, this paper presents the demands of key factors of the environment management system that focused on identification and evaluation of environment Factor, and proposes the solution. |
