| Evaluate every project is the foundation to make decision on all aircraft projects. We can make logical decision on all aircraft projects after evaluation. So, research the method to make decision on aircraft projects equal to research the method to evaluate aircraft projects. The Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory's OEC method is an approach to military aircraft selection and concept evaluation. The Weapon System Effectiveness Industry Advisory Committee's ADC model is a model which to calculate the system's efficiency mostly.The OEC method evaluate the aircraft project from affordability, mission capability, availability, wartime survivability and peacetime safety. They are five of the main attributes required of modern weapon systems. The article achieved to get data that need from project. How to confirm the coefficients is the keystone. To calculate the system's efficiency is the most purpose for ADC model. We bring ADC model into aircraft subject evaluation: first. We analysed representative missions by ADC model, then, evaluate the aircraft project by Cost- efficiency rule from the system's efficiency and the life cost. At last we put some problems which are not consider in OEC and ADC, analyse the advantages and disadvantages between above two methods. The ADC method excel the OEC method is the result.The result of this paper is an important guidance for motherland's aircraft project evaluation method. It conduce to develop more correct evaluation method. |
