With the rapid progress of urbanization in my country, urban traffic problems are becoming more and more serious.Urban rail transit plays a key role in the transportation system, but the site density is often insufficient due to the high cost.Effectively expanding the service scope of rail sites is the key to improving the efficiency of urban rail.Since its launch, shared bicycles have shown great advantages in connecting rail transit. However, the poor infrastructure environment around rail sites often becomes a shackle for users to choose shared bicycles.Local governments attach great importance to this issue, and the optimization of traffic connections around rail stations is often included in urban construction project plans;however, limited urban construction funds determine that the government must prioritize construction.Which stations and their facilities have the most significant effect must be answered the problem. Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the performance of the shared bicycle connecting rail station project and provide guidance for the construction of facilities based on the evaluation results. It is important to build a scientific performance evaluation method and formulate a reasonable evaluation index system for this problem. It has theoretical and practical implications.Based on the extensive analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper selects structural equation model(SEM)as the shared bicycle according to the fact that the problem involves multiple user experiences, latent variables are difficult to measure directly and accurately, and factors such as factor structure and factor relationships need to be estimated at the same time. The main method of connecting the performance evaluation of rail station projects, and the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)is used as the theoretical basis for the construction of the conceptual model of this research.Based on the previous research, survey interviews and field observations,We selected ten dimensions to incorporate into the structural equation model,like:socio-demographic characteristics, travel characteristics, perceived ease of use, perceived comfort, perceived safety, transfer convenience, weather.cycling facilities, user satisfaction, and user loyalty.Build a measurement index system.formed the initial scale and questionnaire. In view of the fact that the climate characteristics of different cities are quite different two performance evaluation models with and without weather factors are established respectively. The questionnaire survey of the data required for this study conducted at 20 representative rail stations in Changsha City, and 683 valid questionnaires obtained after pre-survey,questionnaire modification, formal survey and data cleaning.Based on the survey data, the paper optimizes and adjusts the constructed performance evaluation model of the shared bicycle connecting track site, obtains the weight of each index of the project performance evaluation and sorts it,and establishes a performance evaluation system.Research shows that cycling facility-related indicators have the greatest impact on user satisfaction and loyalty, and are the key to improving project performance. The study also proposes three performance evaluation methods based on the model fitting results to meet different evaluation objectives and background needs. Finally, based on the research results, the paper analyzes the research cases, selects and comprehensive evaluates the priority items for the reconstruction of the supporting facilities, and proposes the improvement plan and construction sequence. The research results of the thesis can provide theoretical basis and operational plans for the evaluation of the status quo of government-related projects, screening and sorting, and determining the focus of transformation, which is conducive to promoting the improvement of urban rail functions and the development of low-carbon transportation.
