With following the development trend of valve market, Consumer require level of valve production improving more and more. Manufacturing industry develop Valve CAD technology in order to shorten the time of production. So that, we research 3D parametric valve design system to increase exploitation efficiency.The article introduce theory and design method of this software. The thesis takes Windows2000 as the operation terrace, with Access database and modeling software Ansys Worbench as the support software, completing the foundation accomplishes the major parameter design of valve(mainly ball valve and butterfly valve). By way of using VB to found user interface, and connect to 3D modeling software, then utilizing program code transfer data to Access database. Finally we made whole layout base on parametric design calculation. This software makes use of parametric design technology and compiled language to connect two softwares. With utilizing of Access2000 to design the valve database and forming parameterized input system, so that a system of parameterized modeling can be created by Ansys Workbench software. And then it can construct the better foundation for finite element analysis, immediate form of the engineering drawing. |
