Circulating Ic Card Transceiver Expressway Toll System Technology

The management of express highway toll collection is a world-wide issue. Now, the computer aided automatic toll collection system based on network is becoming the mainstream in our country. In order to manage the toll collection efficiently, a national tolling network is needed. In the other hand, the 1C Card Receive and Send(RfeS) Equipment is the bottleneck of the toll collection system. Its capacity of preventing fraudful behavior, reliability and the level of automation, which have not been solved yet, are the key points for the express highway toll collection system. Therefore, it is urgently important for the development of express highway industry to research the toll collection network and the 1C Card R&S equipment .The express highway toll collection system adopts toll net as its application platform. This article make up with a network design scheme suited for express highway toll. Adopting the technology of SDH synchronous digital transmitting network, it can transmit data synchronously. This article analyzes the malfunctions and shortcomings of the device occurred before, and provides a new design of the Contactless 1C Card Receive and Send(R&S) Equipment, from the three aspects as follows: the mechanical system, the contactless 1C card read and write system and the electrical controlling system. It puts forward a new design of constant supporting force system for the first time domestically, which can control the position of the card inside the card box and the value of the supporting force synchronously. Working with the particular cardbox and the head of the device, it can make the cards be sent and received automatically and recycle. The practical use of this newly-design device proves that it can overcome the shortcomings afore-time. What' s more, comparing with the foreign products, it costs less, doesn' t wear the card and has a higher automatic level. This device can totally substitute for the foreign products.This article studies the whole system with emphasis on the key equipment梩he Contactless 1C Card R&S Equipment. What I do is to explore a new way in this field and build a strong foundation for further study.
