In recent years,with the Ministry of transportation ETC expressway networking toll collection work development,29 provinces have realized toll collection of Expressway network,more than 4650 million ETC users can access the electronic toll collection on the expressway ETC lanes.At present,ETC is one of the most important application payment scenarios for expressways in China,recharge has become the most frequently used business needs in the process of user use.Especially with the growth of ETC users and the development of Internet mobile payment,ETC users will have higher requirements for the convenience and diversity of prepaid card recharge.However,the traditional business outlets for users recharge services exist in the region and time constraints,directly affect the development of ETC services.Since 2014,I have participated in the construction of Inner Mongolia ETC network charge as a project leader,and participated in the construction of ETC Mongolian card customer service system.As of now,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the only province to issue ETC stored value cards in China.With the development of ETC users,the inconvenience of ETC-Card node recharge has become the focus of daily complaints,to solve the problem of user ETC card recharge,has become the focus of the work of Inner Mongolia ETC operators in recent years.In view of my work focused on the ETC industry research,and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and other provinces have strong ETC-Card recharge business needs.To this end,this paper selects the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ETC card as the research object,studies the ETC-Card Internet air recharge system to solve the difficult recharge problem faced by users.At the same time,because the ETC-Card online recharge system is based on the internet,however,the current domestic construction of the ETC-Card online recharge system in Jiangsu,Shandong,Beijing and other provinces is basically the use of physical security hardware to solve security problems.For this reason,this paper proposes a CA authentication technology with asymmetric key to ensure the security of ETC-Card.At the same time,due to ETC-Card user recharge there is a holiday "blowout" demand growth,the ETC card air prepaid system design uses the server cluster deployment of Redis cache technology and Zookeeper distributed system coordination framework technology,through the load balanced processing to meet the problem of user charging concurrent amount during holidays,the ETC-Card online recharge system design using server cluster deployment of Redis cache technology and Zookeeper distributed system coordination framework technology to load balancing to meet the user recharge the amount of concurrent problems.Therefore,this paper mainly based on Inner Mongolia ETC-Card as the research object,select CA security authentication technology used in the ETC-Card Internet online recharge system design and implementation as the research direction.First of all,this paper uses the literature material method,collects and consults the related literature material,comprehensively understands the ETC-Card recharge technology domestic and foreign research present situation,as well as the analysis of Inner Mongolia ETC-Card recharge system and business status,the functional requirements of the system construction and business process requirements are put forward.Then,using UML unified modeling language,the system architecture,function module and database design are designed,and the overall structure of the system is planned.At the same time,the paper further discusses the key technology of the system,focusing on the air recharge system involves the server and the server and the terminal CA two-way authentication design and research,including CA two-way authentication SLL handshake protocol,and SHA-1 summary algorithm,RSA1024 asymmetric algorithm and HMAC session key algorithm,the final study of a set of ETC-Card mobile online recharge security key authentication system.Finally,the system is developed and verified by using the special ETC system test environment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region expressway toll operation unit and the official interface of postal savings bank online,and the implementation mode and application value of the system are introduced.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized and summarized,and the next research direction is proposed,and the application prospect of the system is prospected.
