Research On Urban-rural Intergation In The Basin Districts That Invlove A Middle Or Small City

The basin districts are important geo-economic units in Yunnan province. The rationality for the exploitation of the limited land resources in the basin districts, will directly relate to many aspects of urban and rural development in Yunnan province. Urban-rural relation is an important component of the comprehensive basin district planning, it is also an important part of the basin district exploitation. At present, with the accelerating urbanization, urban construction and expansion phenomenon in Yunnan, the contradictions between urban construction and basin district also become obvious, and as the precious non-renewable resources, the land use of Yunnan basin district attract increasing public attentions. Researches on the integration of urban and rural construction in Yunnan basin districts, and studies on the relationship between urban and rural areas in these particular geo-economic units, are very necessary.In view of these,in the background of urban and rural integration strategy is constantly deeply rooted, this paper focus on Yunnan basin district with medium or small cities,takes the urban-rural integration as the main contents. It attempts to do further comb and induction about the preliminary contents of urban and rural integration based on classification and induction of the Yunnan basin districts. Generally, this reseach involves the following four aspects.Firstly, by analyzing the Yunnan urban development, urbanization and rural-urban status, combining with the special geographic environment in Yunnan, the author demonstrates the importances of basin districts as the geo-economic units in Yunnan urban-rural development.Secondly, combining with the current situation of the urban-rural integration in Yunnan, the paper inductions the way to achieve the objective of urban and rural integrated development in Yunnan, and put forward an argument of "the integration of Yunnan urban and rural areas should take practicing in basin districts as the first step", and then demonstrate it.Thirdly, combining with domestic and abroad studies of urban-rural integration, usinging traditional regional and urban planning theories for reference, the author make preliminary summaries of the specific contents about the urban and rural integration in the basin district involved medium or small cities, based on the studies of industrial development, infrastructure layout, human settlement construction, urbanization and urban-rural relations.At last, combining with the current urban and related planning implementation methods and Yunnan actual conditions, it makes summaries of the guaranteeing measures for carrying out the urban and rural integration in the basin district involved medium or small cities, in perspective of the policy support, planning protection, investment protection.Thesis combines with integrated research method, classification studies method, research examples method,it combs and inductions the contents of urban and rural integration based on a number of present situation investigations.The author is longing for more attentions given by Yunnan academic community to this particular geo-economic unit-the basin districts.
