The movement of people can not achieve without, so the public transportation becomes the blood vessel that connect the main city and the New Urban Districts.If the blood vessel is unimpeded, the two districts will develop well, but if the blood vessel is blocked, many pathological changes will followed behind, Therefore the construction and development of the New Urban Districts should pay attention to the planning and the construction of the public transportation.This Paper researches on New Urban Districts.
