Abstract/Summary:
The study of human settlements in river basins is one of the core topics of human settlements Science.Jialing River Basin is not only an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,but also an area with a large population and more developed social and economic development in the southwest mountainous basin.The ecological security of human settlements in Jialing River Basin is very important for the southwest area,the Three Gorges Reservoir area and even the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.As a typical mountainous basin,Jialing River Basin has the characteristics of more serious soil erosion than plain areas,easy fragmentation of green space and fragile urban ecosystem.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,various development and construction activities have led to the destruction of the integrity of green ecological space on multiple scales of human settlements,fragmentation of pattern and structure and uneven distribution of ecological elements,resulting in a series of ecological problems,There is a contradiction that ecosystem services are difficult to meet the needs of economic and social development and residents.Under the strategic guidance of China’s ecological civilization,the construction of a beautiful China and green development,scientific and rational planning and construction of urban and rural green space has become an important part of China’s sustainable urbanization [].The research on the protection of ecological spatial pattern and network construction on multiple scales in the basin is the key to ensure the ecological security and quality improvement of human settlements.Taking the administrative districts and counties involved in the sub watershed of the main stream of Jialing River as the research scope,according to the interference of urban and rural construction and development activities on ecological space and the type of ecosystem,the research level is divided into watershed scale,urban scale(central urban area)and urban riverside scale.Taking the green infrastructure(hereinafter referred to as GI,which refers to the natural,semi natural and artificially designed and maintained blue and green space system and green ecological technical facilities within and outside the region and the city in the basin)highly related to the ecological security and the quality of life of residents in the basin as the research object,this paper discusses its "material element ontology" and "ecological pattern framework" The connotation of "service function facilities" and the three attribute dimensions of "elements","pattern" and "function",explore the planning response ideas,technical paths and spatial optimization strategies of multi-scale GI "elements","pattern" and "function" from the perspective of sustainable development of human settlements in Jialing River basin.The paper is mainly divided into the following six parts:The first part combs the development process of ecological planning concept derived from GI concept,combined with relevant definitions,discusses the connotation,dimensional attribute composition and multi-scale characteristics of GI,sorts out the research progress and typical practice cases of GI at home and abroad,and judges the trend of multi-scale and multi-dimensional development of GI planning.Clarify the research scope and research scale level of the paper as the basis of follow-up research(Chapter 1).The second part is the general situation of the Jialing River Basin and the understanding of the current situation of GI.Through field investigation and sorting out statistical data,we understand the general situation of the natural ecology and socioeconomic development of the human settlements in the Jialing River Basin.Combined with quantitative and qualitative methods,we recognize that the scale of the Jialing River Basin,the urban scale and the urban riverside scale all exist in varying degrees.The type of GI elements is single,the structure is broken,the pattern is easy to be disturbed and lacks elastic protection and management There is a problem of differentiation between functional supply and demand.Planning only for the single attribute dimension of GI elements,pattern and function is difficult to solve the comprehensive problem of GI in Jialing River Basin.Three dimensions of collaborative planning are needed.(Chapter II)Based on the connotation and attributes of GI,the third part constructs the threedimensional collaborative planning framework of multi-scale GI "element pattern function" in Jialing River Basin Based on the theories of human settlements and environmental science,urban and rural ecological planning,landscape ecology,watershed ecology and ecosystem services.It expounds the connotation of the three dimensions of GI,and the element dimension is the manifestation of the background of ecological environment,The pattern dimension focuses on the interaction between urban and rural construction and ecological background,and the functional dimension focuses on the adaptive relationship between humanistic needs and ecological background;The coping logic and coordination mechanism of GI three-dimensional planning are discussed;Combined with the current situation of multi-scale GI in Jialing River Basin,this paper defines the key points and objectives of GI planning in each scale,and puts forward the planning paths of "security pattern identification-functional supply and demand optimization-multi factor restoration" in Jialing River basin scale GI,"factor network construction-pattern control Optimization-functional adjustment optimization" in urban scale GI,and "pattern segmentation and zoning-functional improvement identification-factor configuration design" in urban riverside scale.(Chapter III)The fourth part is the identification of GI security pattern and the optimization of supply and demand in Jialing River Basin.In terms of pattern dimension,the GI security pattern of Jialing River Basin is identified and the zoning protection strategy is formulated by establishing the watershed ecological importance evaluation model;In the functional dimension,through the measurement and matching analysis of GI ecological function supply quality and demand pressure,identify the districts and counties with GI supply and demand differentiation and formulate classified optimization countermeasures;In the element dimension,the GI ecological network and recreation corridor shall be repaired for the key promoted districts and counties.(Chapter IV)The fifth part is the construction and spatial optimization of urban scale GI network in Jialing River Basin.In the element dimension,the patch corridor network restoration method of mountain,water and green elements is constructed,and the types and characteristics of urban GI element network in Jialing River Basin are summarized;In terms of pattern dimension,explore the spatial grading evaluation method and zoning optimization strategy of urban GI pattern in Jialing River Basin under the guidance of smart growth;In the dimension of GI function,explore the adjustment and optimization method and configuration optimization strategy of urban GI function space in Jialing River Basin under the guidance of supply and demand matching.(Chapter V)The sixth part is the improvement of urban riverside scale GI spatial quality in Jialing River Basin.In the dimension of pattern,the riverside area is divided into vertical functional sections and horizontal ecological divisions;In the functional dimension,the matching analysis method of GI function supply and demand in the longitudinal urban riverside section of Jialing River Basin is explored;In the element dimension,based on the regional characteristics of the river reach,this paper puts forward diversified lateral spatial GI configuration implantation modes and characteristic site design strategies for the key promoted river reach(Chapter 6).This paper explores the multi-scale GI "element pattern function" threedimensional planning framework,puts forward the multi-scale GI planning path and method system suitable for the Jialing River Basin,and carries out field investigation,multi-source data collection,evaluation and analysis for the Jialing River Basin.It is expected to promote the coordination and adaptation between the ecological background and urban and rural construction,ecological background and peopleoriented needs through reasonable protection,restoration and utilization of the ecological background,Promote the harmonious symbiosis and sustainable development of land,city and people in the residential environment of Jialing River Basin,and bring inspiration and reference to the construction of ecological civilization and multi-scale green space planning of the basin.
