Urban System Characteristic Districts In Yunnan Province And Its Application Research

City is the important spatial carrier of human survival, production and life. The healthy and orderly development of cities is the foundation of human self-improvement and healthy development. With the developing of economic and increasing of interaction between each other, different areas of political and cultural exchangesare increasingly enhanced. But to the contrary, the city slowly lost its original development vigor. It abandoned the unique spirit during the development, instead with an awkward reality of the same building in different cities."City characteristic" is a phrase which emerged in the history by the intensive comparison. Under this circumstance, this thesis tries to organize and recover the universality characteristic of cities and towns based on the "specificzoning"principle for the urban system planning in Yunnan province, which can establish guidance for characteristic partition. This thesis attempts to set up a system of characteristic factors evaluation method and specific zoning, as well as guidance and strategy of characteristic partition construction,and to enhance the feature partition and lower planning (below the provincial urban system planning level) by an effective characteristic planning method and program.This thesis puts forward the concept to common characteristic factor and special characteristic factor, using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the composition and importance of characteristic factor, and using the weight assignment method to determine the characteristic factor played a "decisive" or "promotional" role in characteristic zoning. This is as the important basis for characteristic zoning.The difference between common characteristic factor and special characteristics factor happens to be the embodiment of common and special concept of "characteristic". There is a dialectical relationship between them, which is to play different roles in the special city construction.Namely specific zoning based on common characteristic factor system, and dig town features need to do research on particularity characteristic factors.Yunnan province urban system specific zoning guideline is characteristic districts in the practical application on the specialty construction. From guiding measure, development strategy, and sorting specialty construction try to make the characteristic partition construction detailed, specific and explicit.There are three parts in this thesis. The first part (chapter one) introduces the research background, illustrates the significance of this research, and last outlines the research framework.The second part (chapters two and three) combs characteristic planning methods based on exploring the features of planning theory framework from the perspective of the urban characteristics,forrning the final characteristic planning process,and puts forward the concept of specific zoning,then forms the initial regionalization theory framework and evaluation system of specific zoning. The last part (chapters four,five, and six) empirically classifies Yunnan urban system specific zoning, and studiesit on the theoretical level, which has proved and completed the theoretical connotationspecific zoning, and then comes up with the prospects of it.
