Lack Of Responsibility Of Our Government Ecological Countermeasures

Ecological responsibility of the Government is a responsible system, which led by government, integrated enterprises, individuals and social and public organizations involved in environmental efforts. To some extent, It is abandoned the traditional responsibility of the government based on economic logic, carry forward the Government's eco-responsibility. To facilitate this change, not only the government's awareness of the subjective sense of mission, but also need the government mechanism for the effective functioning of ecological responsibility. It is also the starting point of this paper and the final destination.Starting from the core definition of the concept, this article based on ecological responsibility at home and abroad to fulfill the existing status quo analysis, to explore existing mechanisms for government problems in ecological responsibility, highlighting the successful experience of some Western countries. At last, put forward in the performance of our government's measures of ecological responsibility. Taking this opportunity to build and optimize the system of ecological responsibility for our government. In the cultural and moral level, the development of ecological culture and ecological ethics, making it become one of the core value system of society; in the system at the policy level, establishing system of payment for the environment, improving legal protection mechanism, implementation of green GDP assessment system; in the level of organization and leadership, to innovate leadership ideas, and promote administrative reform. Eventually forming mechanism of ecological responsibility with Chinese characteristics, environmental protection provides an effective system for the protection of a harmonious society.Based on the above logic, in the painstaking analysis of the lack of ecological responsibility, this article build a new ecological mechanism which is the key link, to make up the shortcomings of the original eco-responsibility system, making the government more diverse responsibilities, daily and institutionalization. In the background of building a harmonious society, establishing the ecological development strategy is a historical necessity. In this strategy, the Government play a vital role, the most important is building mechanism of ecological responsibility. This requires interaction between social subjects, government guides, and ultimately ecological responsibility Mechanism will come true.
