Analysis Of The Reasons And Research On The Countermeasures Of The Lack Of Ecological Technology

30 years'reform and openness witnessed China's rising comprehensive national strength and the top one economic growth rate among the world but the environment has also suffered serious damage. Although technology may not be the only one reason for environmental problems, it plays as the main reason. It is because the lack of Ecological technology that results in high energy consumption per product unit, low usage rate of resources, huge amount of the discharge of "Three Wastes", low recovery ratio of resources, ect. All of these are bad to the building up of the resource saving , pro-environmental society. In order to change this status, we must improve the present situation of the lack of Ecological technology and try hard to develop Ecological technology. Raising up Ecological technology follows the princples of ecology and laws of Eco-economy and is the above-all effective means and methods that can protect environment, preserve the ecological balance, save energies and resources and promote the hamonious development of both mankind and nature. The lack of Ecological technology can be mainly attributed to natural views featured by subject-object dimidiation, values that ignore the inner value of the nature, traditional development views that partially emphasize economic growth, unreasonable consumption concepts and technology itself. Theory of neutral technical value dissolves ecological realization of the technical objects, evades environmental responsibility. Technical rational supremacy results in arrogance. The limitation and pushing of technology disrupt the rhythm of natural activity process. Thus, in order to settle the problem of the lack of Ecological technology, we must admit the inner value of the nature, build up an organic nature system theory that emphasizes"nature-human-society"; provide material basis for Ecological technology from three aspects which include finding out new technical principles, developing new technical forms and creating new technical implementation methods; Provide an ecological environment that is good for Ecological technology development. Only if we have done things above, can we improve the present situation of the lack of ecological technology, promote our ecological civilization constructon, achieve the harmonious development of both man and nature, and realize the sustainable use of energy and resources and the sustaining development of the environment.
