Currently, the countries in the world are facing the challenge of ecological crisis.Worsening ecological crisis has become a bottleneck for sustainable development ofhuman society. In this regard, the new era of ecological civilization construction ofthe core content is harmony between man and nature. As ecological problemsexisting in the development, we need to build a new impetus to the developmentsystem that is relevant. Lack of ecological civilization regime face real challenges,build ecological compensation mechanism has become an important part of a fight.Thus, the executive officer of the government and its new ethical challenges, butalso further enhanced the expression of the ethical responsibility of the Governmentof ecological demands.Party Congress made the initial requirements of ecological civilization, thecreation of long-term mechanism related to ecology. Party andgovernment have repeatedly mentioned the construction of ecological civilizationsystematic, institutionalized system of systems required to play the role of ecologicalcivilization integrity. One of ecological compensation system is to build anecological civilization ten key system, so explore the ecological compensationmechanism should build a national strategic frontier issues of academic needs.This article is written based on the interpretation of government documents,perceived urgency of ecological civilization institutionalized, the author of a singlearticle to explore the construction of ecological compensation mechanism ofecological responsibility with the government.
