Post-modernism,which is a world-wide cultural trend nowadays,not only draws scholars' attention all over the world,but also has people to judge its value from different aspects.As it consists of various modern and diversified philosophical ideas,aesthetic theories and art genres,it becomes more difficult to describe it quite clearly.However,we can get its theoretical features by searching into its exhausted stir and commotion.This thesis mainly focuses on the features of post-modernist ladies' garments and customer market,studies the influence of post-modernist trend on the ladies garments design and style as well as the customer market from the point of view of post-modernist concept,culture and women's clothing culture.Then it discusses the diversity of post-modernist ladies' garments style,the psychology of consuming,consuming behavior, and the diversity of the customer market of ladies' garments.What is more,by the means of research report and statistic analysis about brand ladies' garments,the thesis presents the emblematic and symbolic features of the ladies' garments consumption in the period of post-modernism,and the marketing strategies taken by sellers and producers of brand ladies' garments in order to get used to the diversity of customer market and consumption ways.Those strategies advance the development of post-modernism.The theoretic concepts,behavioral analysis and statistics,which appear in this thesis, all have certain authenticity and authority,and is an actual reflection of post-modernism's influence on ladies' garments and market consumption,providing certain theoretic and marketing basis for the research of post-modernism ladies' garments and marketing consumption.
