Research On Post-evaluation Method Of Mine Construction Project And Its Application

As the last link in construction project management,importance of project post-evaluation is more and more prominent with the continuous development of economy and society,Successful post-evaluation can not only fully inspect the correctness of project decision-making,project implementation and management,but also improve the quality of new project decision-making.Although the post evaluation was introduced into China late,but it developed rapidly.Since the 21st century,the coal market has been highly prosperous,but some coal enterprises neglected the necessity of post-evaluation,resulting in the blind development of mine construction projects.Becouse of coal overcapacity,the coal market has entered a low ebb.Therefore,faced with the current continuous downturn of the coal market,it is necessary to deeply summarize the experience in the process of mine construction,learn from the lessons,and make a scientific post evaluation of the mine construction project to optimize the project decision and improve the efficiency of the mine construction project.The mine is divided into metal mine and non-metal mine.Based on the non-metal mine,this paper takes the construction project of Xinzhuang mine as an example to make a systematic and objective evaluation from three aspects:economic benefit post-evaluation,social benefit post-evaluation and environmental impact post-evaluation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To carry out the economic post evaluation research on Xinzhuang mine construction project,respectively from the financial situation of the construction process and the economic benefits after the completion of the mine,establish the economic post evaluation index system of Xinzhuang mine,and carry out empirical analysis.(2)This paper studies the environmental impact post evaluation of Xinzhuang mine construction project,analyzes the impact on the environment in the process of mine construction and the effectiveness of taking environmental protection measures,and makes post evaluation on the environmental benefits of Xinzhuang mine construction project.(3)This paper expounds the mechanism of social post evaluation,establishes the social post evaluation index system of mine construction project based on Xinzhuang mine construction project,and systematically carries out the empirical analysis of social post evaluation.
