In marine information grid, there are sharing massive data, and involves many marine anatomic models. These models can analyze the primitive marine data, thus produces the recent data. And also can integrate the real-time marine information into the grid, becomes the new grid data resources for user to browse and analysis. Therefore, under the grid environment, the marine virtual data's real-time production technology becomes to be a different information grid technology with the former information sharing pattern key technologies. How to realize environment spatial data resources integration based on the grid, serving the spatial data to establish highly effective sharing mechanism already become the GIS domain research the hot topic. With the network rapidly development, the data and the spatial analysis model, specialized model real-time integration on client side online become to be possible and as well as real-time production and the visualization online. This article has analyzed present situation and the existence question of GIS data and the application model integration. In view of the existence question, based on Web Services to integrate GIS and the application model, the paper proposed a technical flow that data and models from multiple source are issued in unified resource management center for centralized management, and dynamic combination and real-time calling in client side. This paper detailed elaborates the services published, dynamic discovery as well as controlling supervisor mechanism. Take the marine data application as the example, The paper detailed analysis the South China Sea grid platform design and result analysis based on the service thought. The experimental result proved that method based on Web Services to integrate GIS and the application model is correct and feasible.
