The Complexity Study On Operation And Management System Of Regional Expressway Network

Nowadays China has formed its primary regional and even national expressway network, and enterprise operation model has been applied in their construction and operation management. Under this trend and environment, especially with the adoption of regional union-toll method, toll as the very core and network management has became the remarkable characteristics of operation and management system of regional expressway network, and the system complexity research also has emerged its significance for discussion.In this paper, we combined nature determine with quantity determine as a comprehensive method. Firstly, aimed at regional expressway network operation and management system, we applied with system science idea, the theories of complexity system and entropy to study the external environment and inner factors from the view of landscape orientation and the development trace and trend from the view of portrait. Based on the analysis of occurring principium deletes and influence factors of complexity of operation and management system, we build up entropy structure of it.Secondly, a collectivity route on evaluating complexity of operation and management system of regional expressway network is established in this paper according to the basic theories of entropy. For evaluating environment complexity of system, we select the model of external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix. For operation organization complexity, we apply the theories and methods of physics and information science to put forth the concepts, definitions and basic theorems of the management force and energy, then establish three dimensions model of information force. For economy complexity, we conformation economy entropy model to valuate based on the " input-output" produce process of enterprise system.Finally, we choose Chongqing' s expressway network operation and management system as the practice object to carry demonstration testing of its organization complexity, and more to give some Countermeasures and advices of sustainable development on network operation and management system.
