After joining WTO, China's securities industry under pressure. As a knowledge-intensive industries and one of the securities industry, the core competitiveness of securities companies to form and maintain the key factor is the tenure for professionals. After following the Internet bubble of domestic, cash flow will be the largest leveraged buyout is the core concept of economic action. Funds, securities, shares, and so the concept of this round of economic tide will be the real hot topic. All these point to the management of securities companies will face the most important issue, that is, the training of the securities industry employees in the management of the implementation.China's securities industry through a combination of the background of the current environment in which to analyze the human resources strategy in Northeast Securities opportunities and challenges faced. In this paper, study staff training on domestic and foreign enterprises based on the theory of Northeast Securities Company employees trained to do a detailed study the situation.
