After joining WTO,China's securities industry under pressure.As aknowledge-intensive industries and one of the securities industry,the corecompetitiveness of securities companies to form and maintain the key factor is thetenure for professionals.After following the Internet bubble of domestic,cash flowwill be the largest leveraged buyout is the core concept of economic action.Funds,securities,shares,and so the concept of this round of economic tide will be the realhot topic.All these point to the management of securities companies will face themost important issue,that is,the training of the securities industry employees in themanagement of the implementation.China's securities industry through a combination of the background of thecurrent environment in which to analyze the human resources strategy in NortheastSecurities opportunities and challenges faced.In this paper,study staff training ondomestic and foreign enterprises based on the theory of Northeast Securities Companyemployees trained to do a detailed study the situation.For some training issues andthe situation faced by the company,a careful analysis of the Northeast Securitiesemployees the knowledge and capacity needs,proposed closely around the company'shuman resources strategic planning,and create a learning environment for the targetcompany.And training needs of the company to do the analysis,according to theresults of scientific and rational set of training content,select appropriate trainingmethods,evaluation of training effectiveness has done a detailed provisions,thuscreating a well-functioning system of modular staff training.In this paper,research writing process using a questionnaire and other research methods,according to the data collected to do a careful analysis of specific training needs,design a modular training system obtained the program.This is where theinnovation of this article.Northeast Securities will be in accordance with company personnel at all levels of the different needs,is divided into modular training,is xpected to reach highly targeted and purpose of the training effect,not to train a mere formality.Existing training system,including assessment,development of basic work, system design,implementation of the protection.
